Mr. Gregory Alan Miles age 62, of Hendersonville completed his earthly journey on March 3, 2021 at Hospice.

Born February 18, 1959 in Colorado Springs, Co to John and Dorothy (Griffith) Miles, who preceded him in death. Greg enjoyed hunting, fly fishing and square dancing. Known locally as the "Beeman", he was a beekeeper for many years. Many people looked forward to a jar of his honey, which he sold for several years at farmer's markets and other area locations.

He was a faithful parishioner of St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Gallatin and member of Council 10010 of the Knights of Columbus there, where he served in various capacities. Greg was also a member of the Music City Singles Square Dance Club where he met Janice in 1998. They enjoyed dancing at many locations in Tennessee and other states over the next 21 years.

Survived by his wife, Janice Eicher Miles; daughters, Angela Pickett, Spearfish, SD, Sarah Miller (Nathan) Aberdeen, SD, and Alissa Orban (Jason) Sioux Falls, SD; grandchildren, Zach Pickett, Katie and Abby Orban, Anthony, Noah, Keegan, and Payton Miller; sisters, Annette Aiken (Chip), Yuma, AZ, Kathy Davidson (Tim), Cameron, NC, Janet Roberts (Phil), Lebanon, TN, and Kristi Albert Jacksonville, FL; step-mother, Leona Miles of Colorado Springs, CO; favorite uncle, Henry Miles (Hank), St. Paul,, MN; brother-in-law, Fred Eicher, Hernando, FL; many nieces and nephews; beloved golden retriever, Cassie; and dear friends, Joe and Linda Fertitta; and Lonnie and Judy Evans and Kevin Rickert.

Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Gallatin with Father Andrew Forsythe officiating. There will be a memorial service held in the summer and will be announced. The family respectfully requests to social distance and wear a mask.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 1:00 P.M., Hendersonville Funeral Home.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Tuesday, August 10, 2021, from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at Hendersonville Funeral Home.

Donations may be made to Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center, Alive Hospice, or Lewy Body Dementia Association for Research.
