Glenda Hare

Mrs. Glenda Ann Mabry Hare passed away at home on Friday, September 4, 2020, after a long battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Batty Mabry and Edith Lorelle Mabry. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Robert Sidney Hare; sister, Connie Leigh Jarrett of Hendersonville, TN; nephews, Michael Jarrett of San Diego, CA and Joshua Bryant of Columbiana, AL; nieces, Jill Fisher of San Diego, CA, Sarah Thomas of Warrior, AL, Caroline Hare of Destin, FL, and Angelina Hare of Hendersonville, TN; great-nephews, Dawson Bryant of Columbiana, AL, Griffin and Major Thomas of Warrior, AL, and Max Fisher of San Diego, CA; and many cousins and friends.

She is a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Hare retired from Bell South Communications. Her last working location was the "Batman Building" in Nashville, TN. She enjoyed traveling many states of the U.S. Also, she traveled to many of the countries in Europe with her cousin, Brenda Binns. She loved antiquing, reading, and enjoyed her flowers.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 11, 2020, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M., at Robert and Glenda's home.
