Gary Conger, 70 of Hendersonville, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, William Barry and Lottie Fay Taylor Conger. Survived by his wife Pat of 26 years, daughters, Kristy Conger and Michele Graham (Lee), brother, Don Conger (Brenda), aunts, Helen Sanders and Betty Conger, uncle, Houston Conger (Janet). Gary is also survived by his beloved Yorkie, "Toby", along with many extended family and friends.

Gary was born on October 2, 1947 in Paris, Tennessee. He was a sales manager at Mid-State Chemical Company for 10 years. Gary loved the Lord, the outdoors and his many travels here on earth. He enjoyed deer hunting and fishing, was an avid boater, enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping and golfing. Gary was a long time member of Center Point General Baptist Church in Hendersonville where he served as an usher and was a member of the Men of Promise Sunday School Class.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Center Point General Baptist Church on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 11:00AM, officiated by Pastor Mike Trotter. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 3rd from 2:00PM-8:00PM, and again at church, one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers, with the Men of Promise Sunday School Class serving as Honorary Pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Gary's name can be made to Center Point General Baptist Church (designate to Gary Conger memorial).
