Frank "Sam" Bokesch II, age 67 of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away November 4, 2014 after a 2 year battle with cancer.
Mr. Bokesch, after graduating from Austin Peay State University, joined the Marine Corps and spent 2 years serving his country. He spent 36 years with GF having started his career as a scheduler and making his way to Plant Manager. When he wasn't working he enjoyed vacationing in Las Vegas, playing cards, spending time with his beautiful grandchildren and exhausting himself with "Do-It-Yourself" projects around the house.
Mr. Bokesch was born on June 10, 1947 to the late Frank and Frances Bokesch. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Margaret (Peggy) Bokesch; children, Sammy (Jennifer) Bokesch, III, Christine Bokesch Stevison and Jeffrey Bokesch; sisters, Barbara Porter and Cheryl Teets; grandchildren Jackson and Lauren Stevison and Savannah, Angeleah, and Lydia Bokesch.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, November 7, at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior from 5-7p.m. at HENDERSONVILLE FUNERAL HOME 353 Johnny Cash Pkwy Hendersonville, TN 37075 (615) 824-3855
