Evelyn Valentine

VALENTINE, Evelyn Bigbie, age 95, Nashville, passed away October 25, 2011. Mrs. Valentine was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Valentine; father, Ernest J. Bigbie; mother, Ethel Beckham Bigbie; sister, Frances Chance; sister, Mary Emma Sain; sister Jessie McNeill. She is survived by her brothers John Bigbie, Gene Bigbie, CW Bigbie, sisters Faye Hickman and Carolyn Phillips. Mrs. Valentine was a retired medical assistant and a homemaker for many years. She was a beloved member of a large family, and was born in Olive Hill, Hardin County, TN. Funeral Services will be Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 10:00 AM with visitation at 9:00 AM at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Highway 100, Nashville 615 646-9292. Father James Guill of St. Andrews Anglican Parish, where Mr. and Mrs. Valentine were members for many years, will officiate. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. The family asks that memorials be sent to the Charity of your choice in honor of Mrs. Valentine.
