Ms. Carol Brown Posey, age 77, of Old Hickory, went to be with her heavenly father Saturday, November 25, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 4, 1940 in Nashville to the late James and Naomi (Burch) Brown. Ms. Posey is also preceded in death by her son, Frank Casas.

She loved her family and her pugs, Elvis and Priscilla.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy McKee; son, Terry Knight (Cecila); son, Danny Casas; son, Robbie Casas; sister, Mary Lopez; brother, Leo Brown; sister, JoAnn Harrison; sixteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor John McLendon officiating. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday.
