Evelyn King

Evelyn Anne King, age 72 of Hendersonville, TN passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Skyline Medical Center. Evelyn was born December 22, 1945 in Nashville, TN, daughter of the late James B. and Evelyn (Trotter) Wilson. After graduating from Litton High School, Evelyn went on to work for many years as a Professional Legal Secretary. She was a very hardworking and caring person with a great sense of humor. She enjoyed reading and doing yard work, and was an excellent cook who would feed anyone who came by the house. Evelyn is survived by her 2 sons, Steven King and Bob King; sister, Sherrill (Chris) Charlton and brother, James (Michelle) Wilson; former husband and close friend, Robert King; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 4th, 2018 from 1-3pm at the Hendersonville Funeral Home where a celebration of life will follow at 3pm.
