Evelyn Brown Flanary, age 95, of Nashville and Hendersonville, TN passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2020. Preceded in death by her husband L.L. Flanary. She is survived by daughter Suzanne O'Guin (Brian) and son Dr. William R. Flanary (Lavon); grandchildren Allison Flanary, Lauren Downs (Danny) and Ted McMurtry (Kristen); great grandchildren Lily Downs and Magnus McMurtry. Evelyn requested no memorial or funeral but a graveside service only. She also wished to be cremated, and her ashes interred beside her husband. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on the afternoon of Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
