Mrs. Ethel Christine Ledbetter age 97, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021.
Mrs. Ledbetter was born in Nashville, TN, on July 24, 1923, the daughter of the late Dave Herbert McElhiney and Ethel Modena Futrell McElhiney. She retired from Osborne's Bi-Rite Grocery Store on Nolensville Road. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ledbetter was preceded in death by her husband, Ben E. Ledbetter; daughter, Linda Gayle Ledbetter; and a granddaughter, Mallory Ledbetter.

Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Briggs (Steve); son, David Ledbetter (Penny); five grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 24, 2021, at 2:00 P.M., Hendersonville Funeral Home. Interment services will be held Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M., Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Sunday from noon until the funeral hour at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
