Ernest Gossett

GOSSETT, Ernest Cullum – Age 92 of Nashville, passed away peacefully at St. Thomas on January 7, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, Tolbert Gentry Gossett and Connie Mai Potts Gossett; three brothers; one sister. Survived by wife of 64 years, Margaret Gossett; daughter, Sandra Gossett Holt Gilbert; grandchildren, Rachel Holt O'Rourke Patrick, Joshua Kane Holt; sister, Eunice Parrish. He was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps during WW II from 1941-1945. He was a member of Pasquo Church of Christ. Ernest was a very humble man who always had a positive attitude. He will truly be missed by his family and friends. The life celebration service will be at 1pm on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
