Elizabeth Ann (Lib) Galloway was born May 17, 1926.

Lib graduated from East High School in Nashville where she was an outstanding majorette and drum major. After her marriage to RK in 1946 and his completion of dental school, they moved back to Nashville where Lib enjoyed the friendships she made volunteering as a pink lady at Memorial Hospital. She also served as president and past president of the Nashville Dental Auxiliary and of the Tennessee State Dental Auxiliary. Lib was a member of the First Baptist Church where she was active in teaching the women's Sunday school class.

A beautiful wife and mother, Lib is survived by her husband of 71 years, Dr. R.K. Galloway Jr.; four children, Carol Galloway Bevans (Jim), Bob Galloway III (Lorrie), Dennis Peery Galloway, and Beth Galloway Warren (Stan); 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday at 11am at Hendersonville Funeral with Dr. Bruce Chesser officiating. Burial will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
