Douglas Fontaine

Mr. Douglas Wayne Fontaine age 51, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019.

Mr. Fontaine was born in Chillicothe, OH, on August 30, 1967, the son of Betsy Borders App (George) and the late Charles Fontaine. He worked with Home Depot as a manager for seventeen years. Douglas will be remembered for his love for everyone. Also, he was a mentor for so many people and a constant inspiration to all he met. He had an amazing sense of humor and enjoyed using this to gain friends. If someone he knew was in need he would do what was necessary to help provide as much support as possible. He was always kind and generous in that respect. His sudden passing left a huge void in the lives of all that knew him. Please keep him in your hearts and prayers and remember his passing with honor, respect and much love. He will be greatly missed. He enjoyed reading and drawing on his computer. In addition to his father, Mr. Fontaine is preceded in death by his sister, Dawn Warrix.

In addition to his mother and step-father, Douglas is survived by his partner of thirty-one years, Michael Ratliff.
