Age 87 of Hendersonville passed away Monday, September 28, 2015.
Celebration of Life Service will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor David Jenkins and Rev. Terry Bailey officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until 8 on Thursday October 1, 2015 and 10:00 a.m. until 11 on Friday October 2, 2015.
Dorothy Webb was born October 6, 1927 in Belgreen, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents George Washington Sparks and Carrie Cox Sparks and her siblings, Gertrude Sparks Wheeler, George Arthur Sparks, Willie Lee Sparks Thornton, and William Christopher Sparks. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Rev. Robert R. Webb of Hendersonville. Their children are Rev. Robert Daniel Webb (Teri) of Knoxville, Tennessee; Tammy Lynn Webb-Witholt (Wolter Daniel) of Springfield, Massachusetts. She was the proud "Nana" of one grandson, Cameron Bennett Webb.
