Dennis Maurice Bilbrey, age 89, passed away on February 20, 2017. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 56 years, Anna Ruth.
Dennis is survived by children; Denise (Horst) Zicher, Marty (Pam) Bilbrey, grandchildren; Anna (Pat) Walsh, Laura (Ben) Moser, Amanda (David) Troutt, Allison (Josh) Thompson, great-grandchildren; MaKayla Troutt, Karleigh Troutt, Kolton Troutt, Kamryn Troutt, Mariana Thompson and Noah Thompson.
Dennis was born on August 26, 1927 in Dunlap, TN. He served in the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard and retired after a long career as an engineer with TVA. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be deeply missed.
Life celebration services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 1:00p.m., in the chapel at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Reverend Tommy Ferguson officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 11:00a.m. until the hour of service.
