David Cain

David John Cain, age 56 of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019. David was born March 29, 1962 in Atlanta, GA, son of the late Calvin E. and Carolyn (Mask) Cain, Sr. Surviving are his loving wife of over 23 years, Elizabeth (Morgan) Cain; his 2 sons, Dakota and Logan Cain; his brother, Calvin (Misti) Cain, Jr. and his sister, Lisa Cain (Mark) Striplin in addition to many nieces and nephews.

David played college football for Liberty University and was an avid sports fan with a particular love for the Braves, Falcons, NASCAR and the Atlanta United Soccer Team. A few other things David enjoyed were traveling with his family, monitoring the weather, and spending time with his friends. David had a variety of jobs which included being an on-premise beer manager, owning his own construction company, and driving a school bus for Robertson County Board of Education. David had a passion for meeting new people and building bonds with them. He loved his family and always made his son's events, sports and hobbies his top priority.

A celebration of David's life will be held on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 from 5-7 PM at the family's home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Suicide Prevention Hotline or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
