Cory Michael Nelson-age 37, passed away December 6, 2015.

He was a wonderful father and a great son who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He will forever be remembered for his love of laughter as well as his caring heart and generosity toward everyone he met.

He is survived by children, Cory Michael "C.J." Nelson, Jr. and Coriauna MarRae Nelson; mother, Donna Fay Bethers; father, Russ Nelson (Debbie); grandparents, Robert and Faye Nelson; step-sister, Stephanie Roberts; aunts, Deborah Carter, Darlene Bradley, Shelia Baskins, Vickie Lampley, Lori Carpenter and Kelly Watkins; uncle, Robert Joey Nelson.

A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, December 8, at 3pm in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
