LANKFORD, Cecil R.- Age 78, Fairview, November 19, 2011. Survived by wife, Joyce King Lankford; children, Anita Donnie Hughes, Dennis Anne Lankford, Wanda Lankford and Ronny Lankford; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren; brothers, Alvin Lankford, Clifton Lankford and Lawrence Lankford; mother-in-law, Mabel King. He was retired from Plumbers and Pipe Fitter Local 572 and a member of Western Hills Church of Christ. The life celebration service will be at 11:30 am on Monday, November 21, 2011 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson's Disease Foundation or Dementia Care Foundation.
