Carolyn Johnson

Carolyn J. Johnson, age 84, of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022 in Nashville, TN. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Roy L. and Lorene Stewart Jacobs.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 48 years, Douglas L. Johnson; daughter Renee Rountree; brother William "Bill" Jacobs (Anita). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Carolyn was preceded in death by her sister Barbara Ann Jacobs Cowan.

Services to celebrate Carolyn’s life will be at 11am on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Richard Gaia will be officiating with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service.

Carolyn graduated from Issac Litton High School and was a member of the band. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hendersonville. She loved roses and taking long walks. She loved riding motorcycles and her favorite dessert was vanilla pudding. Carolyn was an avid reader and loved dogs.
