Carole Lee Witham, age 77, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016. Carole is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lewis Lee and Ruby Mae Lee (Richardson), and brother, Michael Lewis Lee.
Carole is survived by her children; Shawn Witham, Ramona Streeval and Lori Witham (Tracy Langford), grandchildren; Brittany Witham (Nickolas Warner), Brandi Streeval, Randall Streeval and great-grandchild, Zoey Streeval, brother, Stephen Wayne Lee, ex-husband, Roy Fred Witham, her cat "Scratch" and her dog "Duece", along with many other relatives and friends.
Carole retired from the State of Tennessee. She enjoyed movies, especially westerns and sci-fi, and shopping with her daughter. She was a collector of ceramic birds and dolls. Carole loved animals and listening to Elvis and Prince. She was a loving and kind mother, grandmother and sister, who gave of herself to her family. Carole was the "best mother and grandmother" who loved Jesus and was strong in her faith. Carole will be dearly missed by her family and by all those that knew her.
Life celebration for Carole will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 E. Main Street in Hendersonville, on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 4:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM.
