Age 61 of Madison, TN passed away peacefully at her home on January 13, 2016.
Carole enjoyed arts and crafts, and even crafted her own jewelry. She was known to personalize just about anything and everything she owned. It could even be said that "she could make something out of nothing." Her hobbies also included shopping, thrifting, and scavenging for deals. Additionally, she had a keen interest in Native American heritage; in fact, she herself was a quarter Mohawk. When it came to her musical tastes, she enjoyed country music, especially the sounds of Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, and Conway Twitty. Carole was an avid reader and a reality t.v. enthusiast.
When recalling her memory the family recounts the many holidays spent together and her particular love of Thanksgiving. Carole had a sweet tooth and around the holidays she enjoyed stuffed dates. Above all, she was a woman of faith and looked forward to meeting the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence John Duclos; and brother, William Duclos. Carole leaves behind her daughter, Heidi (Doug) Taylor; son, Derek (Millie) Duclos; grandchildren, Dylan and Hayley Taylor; mother, Betty Duclos; brother, John Duclos; sister, Raven Duclos; treasured friends, Tommy Carter, Donna Goneau; and her beloved cat, Olivia Bella.
Services for Ms. Duclos are private.
