Camille Kristine Guthrie Rotier finished her journey on earth on November 26, 2018. She was born on July 17, 1946 in Memphis, TN and moved to Nashville in grade school, where she quickly became adopted into the Vaughn family.
Preceded in death by her husband, John J. Rotier, Jr., her parents, John and Margaret Guthrie, her mother-in-law, Evelyn Rotier, father-in-law, John J. Rotier, Sr., and her niece and beach buddy, Jennifer West. Survived by her children, Pat (Angie) Rotier, Teresa (Michael) Koeberlein, grandchildren, Alex McCain Koeberlein, Rachel Kristine Koeberlein, longtime companion, Richard Gallo, sister-in-law, Margaret (Jim) Crouse, brother-in-law, Charles Rotier, nephew Jacob (Meghan) Crouse, niece Charley Rotier and numerous adopted sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews from the Vaughn family.
Camille quickly became part of everyone's family. She was unmatched in her ability to know the right thing to say or do, to provide a well-timed personal note or phone call, and to find the positive in every situation. She loved the beach, the Lady Vols, the Vols, the Titans, and most importantly, her friends and family. The number of people that she impacted is immense. From those she served at Rotier's Restaurant, to married couples through the Engaged Couples weekends, to high school students through SEARCH, we are all better from having known her. In her memory, never pass up an opportunity to go to the beach!
