Buford Durham Dye, age 96, of Brentwood, TN entered into his heavenly reward on October 4, 2016.

During his lifetime, Buford developed quite an eye and took up photography as a hobby. Having a green thumb, he maintained a vegetable garden from which many nutritious meals came forth at the harvest. Our memories of him wouldn't be complete without mentioning his love of bowling. He was quite a bowler and loved to hear the clap of thunder made as his ball obliterated the pins at the end of his lane.

He was preceded in death by his parents William Beeler and Cora Ann Dye; and his beloved wife, Christine Holbert Dye. Buford is survived by his son, Tim Dye; daughter, Cindy (Blondell) Mack; grandsons, Jonathan (Jessica) Mack, David Mack; and great-granddaughter, Londyn Mack.
