Brandon was a dear, sweet son and he will be greatly missed. As a child he was happy and playful. The neighbors called him "ya ya boy", because ya ya was his name for water. He would sneak over to the water hose and start squirting the ladies when they tried to take the hose away from him. I remember one time he soaked my wife and two other ladies before they were able to shut the water off. As he grew older, he became quieter and more reserved. However, he still had a very good, but dry, sense of humor.
His favorite food was the chicken finger plate from Zaxby's. If anyone wasn't sure what he wanted for Christmas, all they had to do was give him a Zaxby's gift card.
He had a very kind and gentle spirit. The cat would often go into his room for a visit and he would smile, talk to her, and rub her head. I'm pretty sure he liked the cat more than I do.
We had different traditions through the years that would come and go; but for this past Halloween, he decided that we should start a new tradition and get a Pizza Hut pizza every Halloween.
Brandon was the best son I could have asked for. I would frequently tell him that he was a fine young man and I was happy he was my son. I'm so glad now that I did. I can't put into words how much l loved him and will miss having him in my life. I thank God for the time I had with him and also for my precious daughter who is still in my life.
