Bonnie Jean Foster (Featherston), born on February 3, 1934, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022, at the age of 88.
Known by family as “Grandmother,” she was the picture of a proper southern Christian lady. Always dressed to impress, stubborn but always kind, she left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. She was a hardworking woman who took care of her family both inside and outside of the home.
She loved her husband, Buddy, and was his match in every way. She was a devoted and selfless mother to her daughter, Darlene and her son, Mike, and doted on her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed classic country and gospel music, studying the Bible, doing puzzles, and watching Tennessee Titan football. She had a creative talent for making jewelry and stringing pearl necklaces, which she gave to the ladies in her family. Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband (Buddy Foster), her parents (Thelma and Winnell Featherston), her son (Michael “Mike” Harris), her sister (Estelle Andrews), and her brother (James Featherston). She is survived by her sister (Joyce Hawkins), her daughter (Darlene Harris), her grandson (Michael and Emily Moghadam), her granddaughter (Melissa Moghadam), her great granddaughters (Melia Moghadam and Juliana White), and many other loved ones. Grandmother was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
