Bobbye Jean Troxler, age 71, of Gallatin, TN died January 28, 2010. Born May 6, 1938, in Lexington, KY. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was an extraordinary nurturer and homemaker. She was preceded in death by mother Louise Smith; father Charles Columbia; sons Carl and Toby Brown; and sister Sherry Ralph Cleek. She is survived by her husband Billy Troxler, Gallatin; daughter Debi Brown Chuck Siniff, Portland; TN; daughter Eve Brown Rick Whitmore, Newtown, CT; sisters Brenda Harrison, Lexington, KY; Linda Ed Weathers, Chapel Hill; Kay Trent Hall, Knoxville; brothers Charlie Janie Columbia, Nashville; Johnny Lisa Columbia, Nashville; and Mark Kelly Columbia, Nashville. Grandchildren Daniel Whitmore, Chuck III Trisha Siniff, Rachel Whitmore Kevin Fiet, Joshua, and Megan Whitmore, and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, from 1 to 8 PM at Gallatin Funeral Home at Crestview, 1620 Highway 109 N, Gallatin. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 10 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1360 East Main Street, Gallatin. Burial will follow at Williamson Memorial Gardens call office for ETA, 3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
