Billy Winnard LaFever Sr., 89 of Hendersonville, passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. Preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann LaFever, his parents, Chester A. LaFever Sr. and Hattie Winnard, along with 4 siblings. Survived by his son, Billy W. LaFever Jr. (Becky), grandchildren, Tiffany McCaslin (Brandon), Billy W. LaFever III (Heather), Ashlee O'Connor and Adam O'Connor, great-grandchildren, Cade Abner, Bryce McCaslin, Lincoln LaFever and Easton LaFever. Billy is also survived by many friends and extended family.

Billy was born on September 27, 1929 in Nashville, Tennessee. He had a successful career in real estate and retired from the State of Tennessee as a Real Property Manager. Billy was an amateur radio enthusiast, enjoyed big game hunting and watching hockey and UT football. During retirement, he and a few of his friends worked for Enterprise Rental Car where he enjoyed driving cars back to Tennessee from all over the country. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, always willing to teach his grandchildren new things. Billy will be dearly missed by his family and his friends at Main Street Senior Living in Hendersonville.

A graveside service for Billy will be held at 1:00PM, Friday, March 22th at Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Garden of Luke, officiated by Bill Garrett. Please meet at the graveside for the service.
