Mr. Arthur "Buddy" Chapman, Jr. passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 2, 2020. He was born in Hattiesburg, MS on June 27, 1944 to the late Arthur Chapman, Sr. and Catherine Martin Chapman. He is also preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Johnson.

Buddy always had a strong faith and belief in the Lord. He enjoyed woodworking and golfing. One his favorite meals was Cracker Barrel Pot Roast with a big glass of unsweet tea and then enjoying a York Peppermint Patty. He was truly an amazing husband, father, papa, granddaddy, and friend who will be truly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mrs. Margaret Peggy Chapman; children, Greg (Julie) Chapman and Lori McCay; grandchildren, Benjamin and Greyson McCay, and Harley Rose Lindsey.

A life celebration will be held at 12pm, Monday, January 6th at Hendersonville Funeral Home with burial in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 10am-12pm.
