Anne Cowan

Mrs. Anne Shirley Cowan age 77, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019.

Mrs. Cowan was born in New York, New York, on December 21, 1941, the daughter of the late George Wachstetter and Viola Howe Wachstetter. She retired from Nassau Community College. Mrs. Cowan attended First Presbyterian Church of Gallatin. She enjoyed living at the Hearth where she was on the Residential Advisory Board. Mrs. Cowan was an artist, avid camper and bowler, and former Girl Scout Leader. She will be remembered most for her kind heart and being an incredible lady. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cowan was preceded in death by her husband, John Cowan.

Survivors include her daughters, Kimothy Warren (Chris) and Sharon Sheridan (Bill); and three grandchildren, Kiana Warren, John Sheridan, and Joseph Sheridan.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Hearth at Hendersonville on Saturday, June 15, 2019, 3:00 P.M. -4:00 P.M.
