Ann Louise Cook

Ann Louise (Mohney) Cook passed away on October 14, 2023 in Hendersonville, TN after a lengthy decline due to Alzheimer’s disease. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn Ann Mohney and Dillis Lewis Mohney and husband Wayne Edward Cook. She is survived by her children, Susan Cook Stone and Steven E. Cook as well as her granddaughters, Sarah E. Stone and Grace MN Stone. Ann spent her career as a Registered Occupational Therapist, including working with the intellectually disabled population and as a teacher to OTA students. Ann was a thoughtful, generous, loyal and intelligent lady who always tried to be positive and helpful. She enjoyed her retirement years working in her gardens, volunteering, and spending time with her family, friends and her devoted pets. The family will hold a private service at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
