Alvin Wilsom

WILSON, Alvin W. age 74. Went to be with the Lord on July 30, 2011. He was a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church. Survived by his wife of 41 years, Barbara Allen Wilson; children, Judy Wilson; Mark Wilson; sister, Kaye Wilson; brother, Larry Wilson; sister-in-law, Clara Irene Vaughan Billy; brother-in-law, Robert Earl Allen Margaret; sister-in-law, Margie Wilson and many loving nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Park Avenue Baptist Church. A special "thank you" to Dr. Sussman, Dr. Chidsey and Dr. Cookson for their special care. Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8 p.m. at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME
